All items are carefully packed for transportation and inspected prior to shipment.
Prices listed are EXW (Incoterms 2010) and exclude shipping costs.
We can offer worldwide shipping. Items shipped by us will be insured for the selling price. In order to provide you with a quotation of shipping costs to your destination please contact us in advance.
It is possible to arrange collection of the items at our warehouse.
Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
LOCAL TAXES AT DESTINATION
Please note that local charges (customs duties, sales tax, VAT) at destination may occur, depending on your region and local import regulations. These charges are at the customers own expense.
PAYMENT
In case of items picked up at our warehouse payment can be made at the moment of collection. It is not possible to pay with PIN at our premises.
Checks are not accepted.
For items being shipped to your destination advanced payment is required prior to shipment. We accept bank transfers and PayPal.

RETURN POLICY
Contact us via email to notify us of your intention to return an item prior to initiating any action. Returned items need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. We will credit back your account upon its receipt and inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable including the return shipping of your returned item. The item(s) must return in the same condition they were shipped or we may retain the right to only refund a percentage or none of the original purchase price.
In the event an item arrives damaged due to shipping arranged by us, photos and a written description of the damage need to be sent via email. We do require you to notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damage caused to an item as a result of mishandling by the customer will not be covered under the return policy.

It is possible to reserve items. The item will be kept on hold for a maximum of 7 days.
